NYC’s top deals: Terra Holdings exec drops $28M on UES buildings

Residential: A Kips Bay co-op was the priciest home sale to come online. Miki Naftali’s Naftali Group sold a penthouse at The Willow at 201 East 23rd Street for $9.5 million to Cherry Willow, LLC. The 3,300-square-foot, full-floor residence has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms; the sale works out to $2,900 per square foot. The unit also has a private terrace. It went on the market in October 2025 for $9.4 million. Compass’ Alexa Lambert, Jared Lafrenais and Lauren Viviani had the listing, and Core’s Shaun Osher brought the buyer.
